Phosnur Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 2026 · Note: These terms govern platform usage in Nigeria.

1. What Phosnur Is (and Is Not)

Phosnur is an online digital catalogue platform designed to help independent vendors showcase products and connect with customers on WhatsApp.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Phosnur is strictly a digital showroom and catalogue builder. Phosnur does NOT process, hold, collect, escrow, or transmit money for any orders placed through WhatsApp or direct bank transfer. All commercial transactions, deliveries, and warranties occur solely and directly between the customer and the vendor.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing in Nigerian Naira (₦), and authentic images.
  • Vendors are solely responsible for fulfilling customer orders, resolving disputes, and providing returns according to their own policies.
  • You may not list prohibited items under Nigerian law (counterfeit currency, illegal drugs, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, stolen property, hazardous goods).

3. Account & Subdomain Usage

Your store handle (subdomain) is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Phosnur reserves the right to reclaim or reassign handles that infringe on registered trademarks, impersonate existing businesses, or violate our reserved keyword guidelines.

4. Plan Limits and Suspension

Vendors agree to adhere to the product count and photo quotas designated by their selected plan tier (Free, Basic, Pro). Phosnur reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate stores found engaging in fraudulent behavior, impersonation, or violations of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Phosnur provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any financial disputes, lost revenue, or delivery disputes between buyers and sellers connecting via our catalogue service.
